iQOO is ready to launch Neo 7 in China on 21st October 2022. Ahead of the launch, the smartphone is listed in Geekbench which scores 1,231 points for single-cores and 4,251 points for multi-cores. Also the listed motherboard model k6983v1_64 confirmed the smartphone supposed to packed with MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC Chipset.
iQOO Neo 7 will powered by Android 13 and having the RAM variants up to 12GB which was confirmed by the Geekbench listings. Rumors about the smartphone says that, it would come with 6.78-inches AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP+13MP+12MP camera setup and 67W fast charging support.

The Pro variant of the iQOO Neo 7 rumored to have 2K E6 AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, and expected to have 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. As the launch is nearer, officially no more details revealed by the brand.
